We work with you

Whether you require a simple property renovation or are contemplating an entire new-build, our experience of managing construction and civil engineering projects will ensure that the works you require are completed to the highest standards.

 

Whether following an outline idea, a simple brief or comprehensive instructions, we will work with you to develop the project to its final detailed specification. We will then tender the project to suitable third parties, and then review each tender before making a recommendation.

Happy to offer advice

In addition, we will ensure that all appropriate planning applications are submitted, that Health & Safety conditions are met at all times – and that deadlines and time-schedules are met, whilst appropriate payments are also made.  In addition, we will undertake regular reports of work-in-progress throughout the duration of the project.

 

We are always happy to offer advice on what prospective rental tenants or buyers are seeking; in this way, we can ensure that the end objective is achieved – and that it is of a sufficiently high standard that results in a rewarding Return On Investment.

  • I'd like to thank you and your staff for your care and expertise in general over the last 18 months but in particular for my wife’s recent visit over Christmas. Due to the horrendous journey and delays they arrived at the Faro airport a lot later than expected and the time and effort you took to contact my wife and make sure everything was OK and to arrange for a car to collect them from the airport was very kind of you – thank you. My wife would never have called you as it was very late and over Christmas but for you to be concerned enough to call as she had not arrived was very professional.
