ADMINISTRATION & ACCOUNTING SERVICES

Our Property Managers (in conjunction with Heads of Department) ensure that staff carry out required works in full, record all financial information and prepare monthly report statements that explain each transaction. In this way, costs can be balanced against Owners’ Operating Float Accounts.

GARDEN MAINTENANCE

Our Head Gardener will organise weekly visits by a professional garden maintenance team to keep gardens healthy, well cared-for, and looking superb. Weekly visit by our Irrigation Technician will also ensure that irrigation systems are fully operational.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE & POOL MAINTENANCE

Providing bi-lingual 24/7 support, our Maintenance Team members provide rapid response to both scheduled and emergency maintenance, servicing and repair issues. We also have a portfolio of Preferred Suppliers, who work in conjunction with our Maintenance Team when necessary.

HOUSEKEEPING

We provide comprehensive and professional maid, laundry and general services, as well as arrival and departure cleaning, plus weekly visits when properties are not occupied.

GUEST RECEPTION & CONCIERGE SERVICES

We offer our property-owner clients and their rental guests a totally comprehensive approach to concierge and guest services, covering everything from car hire, child care and private chefs to exclusive yacht charter and helicopter transfers.

RESORT AND ONDOMINIUM CONSULTANCY

These services cover Algarve resorts atPinheiros Altos, Victoria Boulevard and Encosta do Lago.
