I'd like to thank you and your staff for your care and expertise in general over the last 18 months but in particular for my wife’s recent visit over Christmas. Due to the horrendous journey and delays they arrived at the Faro airport a lot later than expected and the time and effort you took to contact my wife and make sure everything was OK and to arrange for a car to collect them from the airport was very kind of you – thank you. My wife would never have called you as it was very late and over Christmas but for you to be concerned enough to call as she had not arrived was very professional.
