Within the EnQuinta Group, Unique Luxury Holidays was established in the UK to focus on developing a short-term self-catering holiday rental operation for luxury properties, specifically designed to off-set annual property operating costs. Unique Luxury Holidays has now become established as a market-leader in the super-prime property rental market, and its website ranks consistently in the Top 3 within its category; in addition, Unique Luxury Holidays works in partnership with over 20 leading travel agents and operators.
An Expanding Global Operation
Unique Luxury Holidays continues to expand its luxury villa operation, embracing Antigua, Barbados, St. Lucia and Ibiza. In 2017, we further extended to Majorca, due to demand from both property-owners and holidaymaker clients.
EnQuinta supports this operation by providing a full concierge service to all visitors, from the moment they arrive at Faro (or from Lisbon Airport, for travellers arriving from the USA). This service includes private transfers, personal recommendations for leisure, restaurant and entertainment – plus transport, shopping and other bespoke services required during the duration of guests’ holidays.
